SpinBook - Account & Data Deletion Request
SpinBook (by luka4) lets you request deletion of your account and associated cloud data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@getspinbook.com
- Use the same email address that you use to sign in to SpinBook (e.g.: the Google account email).
- Use the subject: SpinBook — Delete my account
- In the email body, include:
- Your SpinBook username - The Google account email address used in the app - A clear statement that you want your account deleted
Example:
Subject: SpinBook — Delete my account
Hello, Please delete my SpinBook account and associated data. Username: peter22 Account email: peter22@example.com

What will be deleted
When your request is verified, we delete the cloud data associated with your SpinBook account, which may include:
- Your profile (username, display name, avatar)
- Your friends / social connections and inbox items
- Your synced diary entries (training/matches), notes, and related metadata
- Your synced inventory (rubbers, blades, rackets)
- Any photos you uploaded for activities and your profile avatar (stored in cloud storage)
What may be kept
- Emails you send to support may be retained for support/legal purposes.
Important note about shared activities
If you shared an activity with a friend, they receive a separate copy of that activity. When your account is deleted, your friend’s copy remains in their account and is not deleted automatically.
Retention period
Deletion requests are typically processed within [10 business days]. If a longer retention period is required (for legal/security reasons), we will inform you by email.
Important note
If you used SpinBook in guest/offline mode only (no sign-in), your data is stored on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the app.
